Electric cars for citizens’ urgent health care needs
The most practical way to alleviate the paralyzed state of transportation in the Republic of Artsakh in the current situation is by utilizing electric vehicles, which are the most independent and optimal means of transportation.
The are vital for serving health care needs of those who require medical attention such as women in all stages of pregnancy or with young children, disabled and older people.

- Provision of safe transportation for medical appointments for those in need

- Direct beneficiaries: 600 pregnant women/newborns per month; those with urgent health care needs
